This paired with the website is a great aid. I can go back and look at my workout routine and see where I need improvements. The chest strap fits fine and feeds the watch adn exercies equipment my heart rate.

Great product. Now I know what my average heart rate is when I’m exercising on the treadmill and stationary cycles. So it makes it much easier for me to stay in my target heart range.

Very nice watch/monitor… not bulky at all … easy to use … features easy to understand and manipulate … only con’ is the communication with any computer to download information.
instructions r bad by Ted Arestad
Watch is O/S, NO instructions on how to reset calories after work out even the MFR didn`t know how.
